Ummm… TOTAL CRAP!!!

You cant use/"publish" any form you create without first creating an "S-Drive" account, and you can only publish ONE form with the free account. IMHO this company is using this app just to get hosting clients.

If youre looking for an easy way to create web forms, this is NOT it. Appnitro phpform is a much better solution (and its FREE). ;)
